Machining & Gunsmithing – Intake Form instructions

This intake form initiates machining and gunsmithing work at AMW Armament and covers intake processing and round trip shipping.

Customers shipping firearms or parts must add the Ship to AMW Armament option and purchase the prepaid round-trip shipping for $25.

Base pricing for common machining and gunsmithing services is available on our Machining & Gunsmithing Pricing page. All work is confirmed beforehand and invoiced only after completion, and pricing may vary depending on firearm configuration, condition, and scope of work. Any potential variances will be discussed with the customer prior to starting work.

Your pre-paid USPS Priority label will be emailed to you within one business day. 

Please list ALL requested services in the Order Notes at checkout and include firearm type and caliber. Multiple services may be requested under a single intake form.

This charge is non-refundable once your firearm (or firearm parts) is shipped and received.

IMPORTANT: A completed intake form is required to initiate the work order and track your job through our system.
